I found this Company called the Soul Mortgage Company. They have a fari and lenient policy. Nice people. They will not make you feel uncomfortable about your poor credit situation. This company is so focused on Sub-Prime, that they turn down people with good credit. My friend had a 300 FICO score and have not worked for 20 years. They got him a loan of $600,000. How he will pay it.. I don't know.
